French letters

Found these gorgeous old postcards from the 1950s in a tiny shop in the medieval town of Eze, perched on the edge of a soaring cliff above Ste-Jean Cap Ferrat on the Cote D'Azur.
But what do they say?? Do you speak French? Translation please!
In the meantime, a thousand different possibilities are weaving tales inside my head...

Merci beaucoup to the lovely Emilie who supplied these translations, albeit a tricky task what with the hieroglyphic penmanship of the letter writers...

"My dear Noveli, I am coming home to Lyon for Halloween, but unfortunately I won't be able to come to Dijon. The weather is pretty good here, and business too. I hope business is good for you as well. I've got go now, but I'll hope to see you on Sunday or Monday in Lyon. Take care my good old friend."

And the second one:
"We are enjoying the wonderful weather, and we are taking nice walks. All our friendship."
